Our last four orders have been wrong in some way. They either forget something that we paid extra to have or the food itself is less than average. This time they forgot our soda, brought us garlic knots instead of cheddar knots, forgot our extra peppers we paid for, and the pizza wasn't cooked all the way. Your job is not that hard, people. The ONLY reason we keep ordering from here is because it is one of the only places that delivers to us out here. Plus they have great coupons. Besides that I'd go elsewhere.
The moment I walked in I was not greeted, everybody looked up at me with blank expressions. The blonde manager came up to take my order. Not only was she super disrespectful to me but was just cold in attitude to begin with it seemed. Awful atmosphere in general. Hopefully this is the only papa johns with employees that rude as I do enjoy their pizzas.
I don't know why some of the reviews on here suck, I've had pizza from this place for over 5 years and I never once had an issue with management or my ingredients. Everything has been 100% on par, and I think the staff rocks. Can't wait to see this place at higher stars.

I ordered a pizza and the pepperoni was cut in half. Crust wasn't cooked that well. They need some attention to detail. They have good pizza but this store lacks care in preparing it.
