I've been taking my 2 Australian shepherds to be groomed by Jana for about 4 years now. I trust no one else. My dogs are my kids and she treats them how i do. She understands the cuts I ask for and walked me through everything each time I asked for something different. She has pointed out spots on my dogs that I hadn't noticed and i was able to fix promptly. I recommend her to all my friends. Jana is very gently and slow with my VERY nervous dog and she is the only one who he will let groom him. Hands down the best
It's very unfortunate to see the disparity between this Petco, and other pet supply stores; we will not return.
We have visited this store theee times in the last couple of months. The service is nonexistent, the employees are only somewhat helpful IF you ask, and no one has thanked me for my purchases.
Took my two Chihuahuas up to the store for nail trimming/grinding. Kelly was very professional and listened to me explain the fact that my dogs have long quicks in some of their nails. She trimmed and ground their nails perfectly and was kind to my dogs. I would absolutely recommend her and the store, and I will be going back for dog food and to get my dogs nails trimmed.
Great customer service!! We took our two dogs to get their vaccination . We waited a little longer than I anticipated, but it worth it. Great people with a lot care for our dogs!!
The service in this store is non-existent. I sat back in the aquarium section for 15 mins waiting on someone to get 10 crickets for my son, finally grabbed a guy and he said he will get to me when he can. I went to the checkout (who had customers) and he told her I would have to wait until he's done cleaning the mice cages. Off to petsmart! You guys suck!
